Short Biography

I am currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Agriculture at Gopalganj Science and Technology University (GSTU), Gopalganj. My academic foundation began at Bangladesh Agricultural University (BAU), where I completed my B.Sc. in Agriculture (Honours) in 2016 and an M.Sc. in Entomology in 2018. I later earned an M.Sc. in Soil Science and Plant Nutrition (2020–2022) under the Erasmus Mundus Joint Master's Degree (EMISS) program through Ondokuz Mayis University (Turkey) and Agricultural University Plovdiv (Bulgaria), which was converted to an MPhil by the University Grants Commission of Bangladesh.
I started my academic career as a Lecturer in the Department of Entomology at EXIM Bank Agricultural University Bangladesh in April 2018. In April 2024, I joined GSTU as a Lecturer in the Department of Agriculture and was promoted to Assistant Professor in July 2026. In addition to my teaching duties conducting undergraduate courses and practical demonstrations in Introductory Entomology and Soil Science, I serve as the Student Advisor for the Department of Agriculture at GSTU.
To date, I have authored 10 peer-reviewed research publications and conference papers covering topics in soil health, sustainable pest management, bioinsecticides, and agricultural systems. My primary research expertise spans integrated pest management, soil chemical and biological analysis, microbial soil amendments, and statistical data modeling using R.
